PADDLE FITNESS

Functional Fitness the SUP way. Get a great full body workout and all of the fun and excitement of being on a paddleboard.

After a quick beach warm up we hit the water with our paddleboards for a full body workout. We combine paddleboard technique with all of the standard excersises for an awesome workout experience.

1 Hour Class - $25 walk-in | $150 Monthly

Groups are limited to six participants. Sign up to secure your spot!

Class schedule - Tuesday, Thursday 9:30am and Saturday 9:00am

PADDLEBOARD YOGA

SUP Yoga or Yoga on a paddleboard. Think it sounds impossible or like a passing fad, it's not.

Enjoy the ultimate Zen experience while adding an additional element of balance to your yoga routine. Join our certified SUP Yoga instructors for a class of a lifetime!

BEACH AND LAKESIDE YOGA

Stand Up Motion Beach is the perfect setting for outdoor Yoga. We use our indoor shop as a backup in bad weather.

Yoga exercises are great for Stand Up Paddleboarding and visa versa. Break out of your old routine this summer with our traditional yoga on the beach and our lawn in front of the lake. You will be glad you did!

  • Monday 12:00 noon, Tuesday 10:30am, Thursday 10:30am with Margie
  • Thursday and Friday 6:30pm and Saturday at 9:30am with Sara
  • Wednesdays at 4:00pm with Nina
